What we store

• Your name, email, phone and (optionally) gender.
• Your bookings: parlor, therapist, treatment, time, and the address for a home visit.
• The ratings and reviews you write.

Who sees it

The parlor you book with, and its therapist, see your name, phone, booking and notes. City and country managers and the Calma super admin can see bookings in their area to run the service. Reviews are shown in the app with your first name and last initial only.

Where

Data is stored on a server rented from Hetzner in Germany (EU). We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Your rights

You can change your details or delete your account in the app. Bookings may be kept in anonymised form for the parlor's records.
